Kinetic Village is about exploring our ever-changing world through pictures and video. Our planet is changing, whether we like it or not. The technology we use every day is helping connect people from the far corners of the earth. It is also making simple daily tasks easier, like finding a place to eat. Environmental and human challenges are becoming more apparent as we come to grips with poverty, disease, and extreme weather.
Through media, we take on those issues of change as a global village of people in motion. We seek to tell stories that generate hope and excitement while grounding us in the reality that change is hard and reality isn't always picture-perfect. The stories we tell should inspire you to take action and share the experence with others.

I spent my teen years living in Manila, one of the largest cities in the world. I was there in the 80’s when one of the first popular revolutions overthrew an oppressive dictatorship. Back then, the technology that brought out the masses was radio and TV. It wasn't Twitter, but it worked. In just days, President Marcos was overthrown. I saw then the importance of media and technology in shaping our world. I eventually became a video journalist and traveled the world, using stories and pictures to help organizations tell their story and build support for their causes. I have been to over 50 countries. I navigate the globe with a perspective that you can't get from your first trip abroad. However, I am still someone who lives for the wonder of discovery. I want to share the adventure of seeing new places and meeting new people. I want this endeavor to be a way I can share with others the importance of seeing the world as a community. I have a unique perspective that can keep the conversation going, and maybe take it to another level.
Some of my career highlights include working as a press liaison at the Atlanta Olympics, producing a documentary on survivors of the Rwanda genocide, filming in Southern India after the tsunami, Iraq during the insurgency, and reconstruction in Haiti following the Port-au-Prince earthquake.
That’s the professional side. On the personal side, I love my wife Mindy, running, reading and watching movies.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, let's not use more words. Let's let the pictures speak for themselves.

The name Kinetic Village describes perfectly the core of what we do. We tell stories of people and places all over the world. We do this in two ways:
First, we go and bring the world to you. We partner with people and organizations and tell their stories in an authentic, intimate way. The results speak for themselves. We have produced hundreds of short stories in over 60 countries, which have helped raise millions of dollars and inform and grow the constituencies of our clients.
Second, we help bring you to the world. Technology today allows events and learning environments to have participants involved who aren't physically there. We partner with our clients and take the technical burden off their backs so that they can concentrate on what they are good at. We do this using multi-camera production, video storytelling, and online distribution.
We look forward to starting a conversation with you about how Kinetic Village can partner with you or your organization to bring your story to life.
